Easter, preceded by Lent is viewed by many Christians as the most important period in the calendar of the Church and it has so many messages of Hope within it. Yet few in our communities over a certain age have any idea why they get two bank holidays so close together. Why not use Lent and Easter 2008 to make a real effort to take the Hope that we are so aware of into the community around us?

Easter Unwrapped
A major outreach event took place at St Nicholas Hall, the Vista in Spalding on Easter Saturday 23rd March at 7.30pm.
This was a multi media event for all ages with a live Worship band focused on the real meaning of Easter.
